The Children’s Initiative

The Children’s Initiative aims to support the society in a way that improves the wellbeing of children who are surviving with very little love and care. This initiative is developed in dedication to provide help and support in children’s education, livelihood and happiness, especially those living in orphanages, monastic schools, and nunnery schools, lacking in basic human needs.

Devoted to donate two schools every month – one within Yangon and one on the outskirts of Yangon – the initiative has reached 24 schools and orphanages, and met more than 10,000 children from different backgrounds, ethnicities and different religions within 2019. Basically, we provide the schools and orphanages with cash donation to spend on children’s education, daily meal and needs. In addition, we donate all the necessary things tailored for each orphanage and school such as school supplies, umbrella, rain coats, snacks and ice-creams, back packs, mosquito nets, clothes storage boxes, meal donations, babies’ products and many more.

The Children’s Initiative will continue to proceed throughout 2020, and will make the charitable contributions to the underprivileged community wider and create more meaningful value to more schools and orphanages.
